Allie is 11 Months

11 months

This is an emotional milestone for me.  This is the last month before my baby turns one.  It has all gone so fast and I often find myself yelling slow down!  Allie has hit major milestones this past month.  She took her first step during her 10th month and started really taking several steps today on her 11month birthday.  She has developed so much personality and it is impossible to not be happy when she is in the same room as you.  She loves life and LOVES people all people, but her love for animals has really blossomed this past month.  She has added the word dog and that to her vocabulary.  She points to things she wants and she signs all done.  Despite my constant effort trying to get her to sign more we haven't mastered that yet she just points and squeals.  She can tell you how old she is going to be by putting up pointer finger saying one when asked and she is better at waving hi and bye.  I can't believe how much she has learned in the 10th month I can't wait to see what this 11 month holds.  Oh she has also counted to 2 twice!  She is such a big girl!

Today we decided to do something special for her 11 months and went to Lion Country Safari in West Palm.  Allie loved it!  We all had a great time.  I will let our pictures tell the story of the day :)

So Flo

This past week we went to Florida for NO other reason than to just hang out with family.  We needed that.  It seems that we never get to visit my family unless there is a Holiday or a big event like a wedding :)  So we decided to be spontanious and just go.  On Tuesday night we went out with our great friends Kevin and Crystal Wright.  We had to twist Nana's arm to babysit Allie and they got a babysitter for their 3 boys and off we went.  It was great just being able to talk, laugh, have fun and hang out with them.  We miss you all so much!  We ate dinner at Mama Fu's which was some awesome chinese and then had ice cream at cold stone.. where Kevin and Noah are sharing a cup of ice cream.  Cute I know!  

I had to take a pic of their matching shoes. HA!  Because I am the photographer of the group there are no pictures of me and Crystal.  Oh well!  We were there and had a great time shopping at Target for clothes for Carsen her 1st little girl who will be born in October.  I can't wait to meet her!!!

When you go to Nana's house you get to do and enjoy things your mommy would never let you do at home... don't you love Nana's house?

 

I think this child loves ice cream as much as her momma and that is saying a lot!

we had so much time just hanging out at the house and catching up with mom and dad.  Allie got spoiled like always and loved every minute of it!  She also thinks she is big stuff in this car and she can go really fast and can maneuver through obstacles pretty well.  She can also go in circles.  We had a blast thanks for letting us come Nana and Papa!
